We live in our heads - our bodies are extensions of that. Without our minds, our bodies are simply meat. We think, we plan, our dreams become reality. Or not. We use our minds to serve our bodies and to interpret our spirits. Minds are powerful and want to control but balance between body/mind/spirit is the goal.

At the very basic level, all things are energy. Call this what you will - God, Goddess, Great Spirit, Life Force, the Energy of the Universe, the Creator - they're all many names for the same thing. IT created us; we are part of IT. We are created out of IT. We are made out of IT stuff. We are IT. All those years of playing tag as kids was good for something. WE are IT - and thus we can connect with IT as we need to. Try IT on for size. IT feels good, and why not: IT is a whole universe's worth of energy and more.
